RCC (95,575 CY) was selected in lieu of PCC Pavement for heavy loading conditions for a new container yard. RCC Production rates routinely exceeded 400 cy per hour with many days production exceeding 3000 cy per shift. The yard was paved using two ABG Titan 525 pavers in tandem at a paving width of 30 feet each. This allowed for dual lift construction with continuous movement of both pavers. Specification targerts of 3500 psi in 7 days were routinely achieved.
