Description:

RCC was design as an alternative to a comparable asphalt section and awarded via low bid. The existing soils will be treated with a 6” soil cement in Spring of 2008 with RCC to follow. 8” of RCC will be used for the medium duty paving section and 15.5” of RCC will be used for the heavy duty pavement section.
